Broker Associate Michael Mulroy joined Ward Wight Sotheby's in 2009 after retiring from a 23 year career on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, where he served as a Specialist, Partner and Managing Director with Bear Wagner Specialist, LLC.
Michael had spent ten years matching buyers and sellers in multi-million dollar transactions while co-managing over 75 Specialists and Assistants. Michael understands that buying and selling are big decisions. The reasons his clients repeatedly come to him are because of his knowledge of the Real Estate market and his focus on creating long-term relationships as opposed to simply closing a transaction. Christy Woodrow
Christy's attention to detail and analytical thinking are the result of her past work experience as a product engineer for an international communications company. In addition, as the founder of a Home Decorating business, her eye for design has proven to be a valuable asset for both current and past clients. Since entering the industry in 2016 Christy has worked hard to become an accomplished agent and makes her clients and their transactions a top priority. She is dedicated to maintaining an impeccable reputation in the industry through work ethic, attentive service, and staying involved in transactions from start to finish.
In 2019 she attained her Broker’s license and has been a recipient of the New Jersey Realtors Circle Of Excellence award for 2019, 2020 and 2021. She also holds both the SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations. Christy has also enjoyed serving as Liaison and/or Committee Member for various committees at the Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors Board since 2018.
